Given out own limited knowledge of the greeting card business prior to starting with yourselves, we had to put our trust and the future success of our business in your hands. We have found this to be well placed as we have continually received excellant advice and assistance. This coupled with your constant availability gives us the confidence to proceed knowing we have access to the necessary expertise, experience and skills which will allow us to develop a successful franchise.
All promises made by Ivory Tower Cards have been delivered on and in many cases surpassed. The on-the-ground and determined approach by your staff have ensured we already had a considerable area built up within the first two months of operation. We were particularly delighted that even though we were promised our display units would be placed in a minumum of 120 shops, your staff remained on in Ireland for the full five weeks and in fact placed display units in 150 shops at no extra cost.
Since starting we have received many compliments from retailers regarding the quality of the Ivory Tower range of cards and the slim and attractive display unit.
